I received a message from Marilynn informing me that she had a special going on for 45 dollars. I scheduled an appointment with her and when I arrived at the salon she said, "oh i forgot your hair is so thick, its actually going to be 65 dollars, is that a problem" I said yes and walked out. I feel that she was completly wrong for doing this. Her message for the 45 dollar special stated no exceptions therefore I should not be punished for her forgeting I have thick hair. I will never go back to her for her mediocre services.

Fletcher-smth salon is a hidden jem. i didnt know the area untill a friend told me about it. when you walk in the salon is beautiful ,classy and all the stylist and receptionists were very proffessional. my experience was one of a kind the shampoo/head massage was mind blowing and everything down to the last finishing touches were perfect i will be back again and again! ilove my hair thanx amber!!
